Vedant Tripathi

Leads the vision and direction of Livingston Youth Leaders by identifying meaningful causes, setting annual goals, and driving measurable impact. Ensures every initiative aligns with the chapter's mission while tracking outcomes such as funds raised, participation, and community reach.

Vedant is a senior at Livingston High School. Outside of LYL, he is passionate about Speech & Debate and is Captain of the LHS debate team, a 2026 National Tournament of Champions qualifier who competes at the highest level on the national circuit. Vedant is also part of the LHS tennis team. He volunteers with Sewa International, where he has contributed over 200 hours to disaster relief and community programs. In his free time, he tutors middle and high school students in debate and public speaking.

Aarav Sekhri

Translates organizational vision into a scalable operating model and high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with long-term priorities to deliver measurable impact with consistency and quality. Coordinates across teams and drives high-quality delivery of fundraisers and community programs.

Aarav is a dedicated senior at Newark Academy who is passionate about serving his community. He has participated in art competitions whose proceeds supported meaningful causes, such as the Livingston Public Library and the Friendship Circle, which aids children with special needs. Through his school's service council he contributes to soup kitchens, food drives, and public park and garden cleanups. Aarav is a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo and plays tennis for his high school team. In his free time he enjoys coding and playing the saxophone.

Vivaan Srivastava

Builds and nurtures the LYL community by driving member engagement, recruitment, and outreach. Focuses on expanding participation, strengthening relationships with schools and partners, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Vivaan is a senior at Livingston High School. His interests range from cliff diving, water rappelling, and sailing in summer to black diamond skiing in winter, plus basketball and soccer. He took his interest in music further by learning to produce it in his free time. He is currently developing cultural awareness, citizenship, and leadership skills as a Boy Scout of the BSA. Keeping close to nature, he has helped organizations like GKHET, whose outreach programs provide sustainable support to underserved populations, and the Hitaji Development Initiative, which focuses on the development of women and girls in Kenya.

Siyona Malhotra

Supports the design and execution of fundraising initiatives, including bake sales, drives, and community events. Helps coordinate participants, manage event details, and contribute creative ideas to maximize impact and engagement.

Siyona is a junior and a passionate STEM enthusiast dedicated to inspiring the next generation of innovators. She actively mentors students in robotics, helping them develop technical skills, creativity, and teamwork through hands-on learning. Siyona is also deeply committed to giving back through a variety of philanthropic initiatives, and envisions a future where education, teamwork, and kindness come together to transform lives.

Naisha Agarwal

Manages financial tracking and operational logistics for all LYL initiatives, overseeing budgeting and tracking funds raised and expenses to ensure transparency across events. Also supports event logistics, including supplies, inventory, and coordination.

Naisha is a sophomore with a passion for healthcare and helping others. She volunteers at St. Barnabas Hospital and with the National Charity League, experiences that have strengthened her interest in pursuing a career in medicine. Outside of volunteering, she enjoys playing tennis and staying active, and is always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact.

Ruaan Srivastava

Leads external engagement by building and managing relationships with local businesses, sponsors, schools, and community organizations. Drives sponsorships, donations, and collaborations that expand LYL's reach, and identifies new partnership opportunities.

Ruaan is a freshman at Livingston High School. A committed multi-sport athlete, he devotes much of his time to soccer, basketball, and football. Soccer is his primary passion, and he currently plays at the Academy level (ECNL-RL) for a private club. He also has a strong interest in STEM and participates in clubs focused on engineering, analytics, and problem-solving. He enjoys researching sports, world cultures, and anything that sparks his curiosity, and is active in community service through the Young Men's Service League.

Priyal Gandhi

Leads the internal experience for all LYL members and volunteers, managing volunteer coordination, communication, participation across events, and the tracking and validating of volunteer hours. Focuses on member engagement, retention, and recognition.

Priyal is a freshman at Livingston High School who enjoys exploring new interests and staying involved in her community. She loves art, pickleball, reading, swimming, and trying new foods, and is always open to discovering something new. Over the years, Priyal has volunteered at food drives, bake sales, car washes, and senior centers, where she has learned the value of helping others and giving back. In her free time she enjoys being creative, staying active, and spending time with friends.

Mishka Tripathi

Mishka is an eighth grader at Heritage Middle School who is passionate about athletics, competitive debate, and giving back. She competes in debate and tennis tournaments and volunteers with the National Charity League. In her free time, she enjoys playing violin and painting.

Ivanka Sekhri

Ivanka is a seventh grader with interests spanning athletics, technology, music, art, and community service. She competes in rhythmic gymnastics, training since kindergarten and earning a top-five regional placement, and holds a third degree black belt in Taekwondo, having competed at Nationals twice since starting the sport at age two. Beyond athletics, Ivanka enjoys coding, plays flute in her school band, and gives back through charity fundraisers and bake sales.

Shrey Gadhoke

Shrey is a sixth grader with a passion for robotics, technology, and creative problem-solving. An inquisitive learner, he enjoys exploring geography, world cultures, and fascinating facts, and is an avid Formula One fan. Shrey is also an aspiring author currently writing his first storybook. His outgoing personality shines through his participation in his school's production of Beauty and the Beast.
